The Knox Workspace is unresponsive to touch input.
The Knox Workspace may run slowly or become completely unresponsive to touch input when you use apps that contain the “App lock” function on Android KitKat.
“App lock” is not supported by Knox on devices with Android KitKat. Issues may occur even if the apps are in personal mode. An example of an app that contains this feature is AVG anti-virus.
To fix this issue, disable the “App lock” feature on your device:
- Go to Settings > Security > Device administrators.
- Disable App lock
- Go to Settings > Apps > Downloaded.
- Tap on App lock to disable or uninstall.
