[Summary]
How to update preloaded apps, such as email and Samsung internet, when your Google Play account or Samsung Galaxy isn’t accessible.

[Resolution]
For native email apps, if the version installed is 4.1.xx or higher:

Go to email settings.
If available, click on update.
- If the app is up to date, the latest version installed will be indicated.

For Samsung Internet, if the version installed is 5.2.xx or higher:

Go to Samsung Internet settings
If available, click on update.
- If the app is up to date, the latest version installed will be indicated.
