How do I customize the default connection time for servers to check-in on each Samsung IAM & EMM device?

[Resolution]
To modify the default connection time, you can set a policy to change the frequency: 

1. Log in to the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM Admin Console
2. Go to Mobile Device Policies > Device Management Settings > Update device information frequency.
3. Use the drop-down to change the frequency in hours.
4. Click Save.

Note — By default, the server is configured to check-in on each device every 12 hours to apply changes or collect device information.
