Please note that Samsung SDS IAM & EMM has a master pod that is hosted in the United States. The master pod has a record of where all the customer tenants are stored. All requests from Knox Portal to create EMM tenants are first sent to this tenant. From this pod, it will then create the actual customer tenant in the region that the customer selected.
