Move out of Secure Folder
While inside Secure Folder, select file(s) to transfer to outside app and tap the more menu (︙) and select Move out of Secure Folder.

Share via
Select file(s) and tap the share icon and click the More apps icon. You can select app outside Secure Folder to share the content.
