I want to define the look and feel of an MSP tenant that will be inherited by all other sub-tenants.

[Resolution]
Currently, there is no way to customize all managed sub-tenants at once. From the super-tenant, you can access and configure individual sub-tenants. There are no configurations or features that can be inherited by all sub-tenants.
