[Resolution]

Confirm or add the WiFi network to SDS EMM admin console:
* WiFi policies settings: Policy Settings -> Mobile Device Policies -> Samsung KNOX Device Settings -> WiFi Settings - Add SSID and Password – Save
Use this policy to configure profiles for WiFi connections for Samsung devices. (For other Android and iOS devices use the WiFi Settings policy in Common Mobile Settings instead.) This policy is available to Samsung Knox device version 3.0 or later.
Ensure that the WiFi connection is not blocked due to a blacklist:
* Whitelist/blacklist WiFi network connection in WiFi Restriction settings: Policies -> Policies Settings -> Mobile Device Policies -> Samsung Knox Device Settings -> WiFi Restriction (Add WiFi network to white list)
SSID and Password fields are case sensitive, you have to use exactly the same SSID and password as WiFi network you want to connect to during WiFi profiles creation in settings.
Once the policies above are received you should be able to connect successfully to the WiFi network specified in the policy.
