Why does my device exit Kiosk mode when toggling Ultra Power savings mode?

[Environment]
Samsung devices with Android 4.4.4 or earlier.

[Issue]
After Kiosk mode is enabled on a device, toggling (enable -> disable) the Ultra Power savings mode (UPSM) results in the device exiting KIOSK mode.

[Root cause]
There is a bug where UPSM is clickable even after Kiosk mode is configured.

[Resolution]
This Issue is fixed by disabling UPSM when Kiosk mode is configured. It is fixed in Android KitKat and later. Please update your devices.
