By default, secure folder data is not linked to your Samsung account. Secure Folder provides users with a new separate, secure space. So when you setup Secure Folder on a new device, there’s no data inside Secure Folder.
However, if you have previously backed up your Secure Folder data, then you can restore it after setting up Secure Folder on the new device.
To restore back-up data:
Go to Secure Folder settings > Backup and restore > Restore > Select your device from the backup list.
