Why can't my Skype app receive incoming calls when it is installed in a Knox Workspace container?

When installed in the container, the Skype app cannot receive incoming calls.
 
[Cause]
This is a known Android limitation.
 
[Resolution]
It is an Android limitation based on managed profiles. This issue has been reported to Google but there is no current plan for supporting this use case.
