SDS IAM & EMM Managed Android devices
After configuring an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) profile policy under Samsung Knox Device settings, Samsung Knox Workspace settings or Android Management settings the profile configured is not delivered to the enrolled mobile devices.
Users may be experiencing this issue due to the Active Directory user account not having an email address associated with it.
In order to resolve this issue try the following steps:
- Ensure that users are able to enroll their devices and they receive the other policies, such as restrictions, password settings, and/or Wi-Fi.
- Open the policy with the EAS profile configuration and check the Use User Principal Name (UPN) if no email address option under the General settings of the profile.
