Device users are having trouble logging into the SDS IAM & EMM system.
Verify that the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM Cloud Connector service has started and the proxy configuration shows that the service has successfully connected.
- Ensure that users are a part of the correct enrollment group.
- Ensure that the user has entered correct Company ID, adusername (Active Directory username), and password
- Ensure the device has access to the internet via cellular data or Wi-Fi.
- Check the connector log.txt for errors.
