There are two different methods to manage the login suffix entries:
- Delete the login suffix
- Rename the login suffix
NOTE — If you are unable to login or recover the default cloud admin account provided during tenant registration or if you don't have a cloud connector to process Active Directory logins for alternate administrators, please contact support for assistance.
Delete Login Suffix — Admins may choose to delete a login suffix from a cloud tenant via the Cloud Manager settings menu if no user accounts are configured to use the suffix. Cloud Manager displays an error message if you try to delete a login suffix that still has user accounts.
To delete a login suffix, remove all of its user accounts or modify the accounts to use a different suffix.
- Go to Users > Select User
- From the dropdown, select a new suffix.
For additional information, see Modifying a login suffix in the EMM online help.
