SDS IAM & EMM
An administrator can update the default account name or email address using a similar process to manage any cloud-based user account. However, if the EMM tenant in use by your organization was registered by an individual that has left the company (and you are not able to login), follow the steps below to update the username or email address of the default administrator account.
- Temporarily create an email alias internally within your company. Set up the email alias to allow you to receive password reset emails sent to the original administrator's email address. Allow at least 4 hours for the propagation to complete after creating the alias before performing or requesting a password reset.
- Request the reset on your own or request a password reset from Knox Support.
