[Summary]
Instructions on how to configure Office 365 by using Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) profile policies for an SDS IAM & EMM Managed device

[Resolution]
To configure Office 365 email accounts, follow the same process as setting up an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) profile.

 

NOTE — You need to create separate EAS profiles for Samsung, non-Samsung Android, and iOS devices.

Configure Office 365 for Samsung devices:

1. Open the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM admin console.
2. Go to Policies > Mobile > Samsung Knox Device Settings > Exchange Settings.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Save.

Configure Office 365 for Knox containers:

1. Open the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM admin console.
2. Go to Policies > Mobile > Samsung Knox Workspace Settings > Container Settings > Exchange Settings.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Save.

Configure Office 365 for non-Samsung Android devices, using TouchDown email client:

1. Open the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM admin console.
2. Go to Policies > Mobile > Touchdown Settings.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Click Save.

Configure Office 365 for iOS devices:

1. Open the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM admin console.
2. Go to Policies > Mobile > iOS Settings > Exchange Settings.
3. Enter required the information.
4. Click Save.
