[Resolution]
In order to prevent the users form changing the Samsung Knox device settings try the following steps:
  1. In the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM Admin Portal, click the Policies tab.
  2. Click Add Policy Set or click on an existing policy set.
  3. On the left pane, go to Mobile Device Policies > Samsung Knox Device Settings > Restrictions Settings.
  4. For Permit settings changes, select No.
  5. Click Save.
