An Active Directory end user is getting Error 403 (Connection Refused) error. How do I solve this issue?
[Resolution]
Check for the following:
- If the device object already exists and is active in Active Directory, unenroll the device first.
- If the device object already exists in Active Directory, ensure the current device status is in sync with the data displayed.
After unenrolling the device, allow time for the proxy to sync settings with EMM. The default sync time is 10 minutes.
