[Summary] 
Yes, the Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) can indicate if a device user has removed their profile. By default, the cloud polls all devices approximately every 24 hours. If the device does not respond to pings sent from the cloud for over 5 days, it is designated as 'dead'.

An email alert notification is then sent out with one of the following messages:

1. The device with DN: '' managed by: '' appears to be dead for reason: Timeout
2. The device with DN: '' managed by: '' appears to be dead for reason: No EMM

NOTE - If the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM profile is removed from the device, the activity is not captured in the debug logs.
