If devices are already using other unlock methods, can they still be provisioned to use Active Directory credentials to unlock the Knox Workspace container?
Yes, devices using other unlock methods can be provisioned to use AD credentials.
Once Knox containers have been provisioned to use AD credentials, they won't be able to use other unlock methods.
