Unfortunately it is not possible to prevent EAS-enabled accounts on the personal space.
However, you can block the ports for your EAS server, which can make your server inaccessible from the personal mode. To do this, go to Samsung Knox Device Settings > Firewall Settings > Deny rules.
Parameters for default app:
Hostname: *
Ports: *
Applied ports: All
PackageName: com.android.exchange, and com.outlook.Z7 for Outlook app.
If you know the IPs and ports of your exchange server, you can set it up differently (it can be more efficient that way):
Hostname: Exchange IP
Ports: *
Applied ports: All
PackageName: *
