There are a few operations you can perform if a device is stolen:
- You can remotely wipe the device from their admin console to protect the information on the phone. This wipe command executes once the device connects to a network and will factory reset the device.
- If the device is ON and can still communicate with Samsung SDS IAM & EMM, you may be able to find its last location in the User Portal. Note that the device must be connected to a network and the location accuracy relies on the GPS settings on the device.
Note: If you wipe the device, the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM agent is removed from the device and you cannot send additional commands to it.
