Why I am getting an error while signing up for a Reseller portal account and I have a KME/KC account (or vice versa)

This restriction is by design. If you have already signed up for KNOX Mobile Enrollment (KME) or KNOX Configure (KC) with one email, you cannot use the same email to sign up for Reseller Portal. Please use another email to sign up.
