Devices being enrolled with KME and Airwatch Agent version earlier than v7.3
This is a known issue. If you enter incorrect credentials into the Airwatch Agent at the time of enrolling via KME, the Agent gets out of sync with KME. This results in an internal error with KME.
Make sure your Airwatch Agent is higher than 7.2. If you would like further assistance from us in this matter, please login @ www.samsungknox.com and create a ticket.
