[Summary]
If a 'User name already in use' error occurs during the enrollment process, you have to increase the value of Max number of devices a user can enroll.
[Resolution]
To increase the maximum number of devices that a user can enroll, go to Policies > Mobile Device Policies > Device Enrollment Settings > increase the value of Max number of devices a user can enroll.
