Go to the Windows server where the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM Cloud Connector is installed.

You can find the current and previous logs in a text file format under C:\Program Files\Samsung\Knox cloud suite\Cloud Management Suite\

You can also have a trace live view of the latest logs by following these steps:

1. Open the 'Samsung SDS CellWe EMM Cloud Connector Configuration' application form the Start menu.
2. Once the application is opened, select the Connector tab.
3. Press the View Log button.
