Overview
In the KM console, when adding multiple users using an Excel file, an error occurs during the upload process. The below error message is shown:
Cause
The file you are trying to upload may be encrypted. Knox Manage only accepts unencrypted documents.
Resolution
Remove the encryption and upload the file again.
