Follow the steps below to add pre-loaded apps into the Knox container.
1. In the Knox Manage console, go to Applications > Control applications > + > Input the preloaded application package names that you want to add into the Knox container > click Save.
2. Enable the General Area App Knox Area Setup Settings and add applications using the Knox Area Setup app menu. This can be found under the following menus: Profile > Device management profile > Knox > Knox > policy > Application > Enable General Area app Knox Area Setup Settings > Knox Area Setup app
3. Send the update policy command to the devices. This can be found under the following menus: Device & users > device > select devices to push policy > device command > Mgmt profile & app info
4. Check your device. Restart the device if the policy does not appear.
