I am unable to create a container with Knox Manage
[Resolution]
To create a container with Knox Manage you need 2 Knox licences.
- A Knox Manage licence: allows you to use Knox Manage
- A Knox Workspace licence: allows you to add premium device admin policies - including the container.
If you do not have both licenses, then you will not be able to create a container. Please obtain a Knox Workspace license.
Once the license is added, a + icon at the side of Container Management will appear. Click this to add a container.
