You can enable USB debugging through your EMM. USB debugging is automatically disabled when a Knox Workspace is created.

If you use Knox Premium (SDS IAM & EMM), in the Admin Portal go to Policies > Endpoint Policies > Samsung KNOX Device Settings > Restrictions Settings and scroll to the bottom to enable Permit USB debugging.

 If you use Knox Manage, you'll follow a different path to enable USB debugging.
