To request an export of your account data:
- Log in to your Knox web portal account.
- On the Dashboard, go to Manage account and click Privacy settings.
- Click Request personal data.
- You will be prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account again.
- Click Authenticate.
- Re-enter your Samsung Account password.
- After you’ve signed in to your Samsung Account, you will be redirected to the Privacy settings page. You will see a confirmation message at the top of the screen along with a link to download your personal data.
