To request the removal of your account:
- Log in to your SamsungKnox.com User Dashboard.
- On the Dashboard, go to Manage account and click Privacy Settings.
- Click Delete Samsung Knox account and services.
- You will be prompted to sign in to your Samsung Account again.
- Click Authenticate.
- Re-enter your Samsung Account password. You will be automatically logged out of your account and won’t be able to log in anymore.
Data associated with registered Knox services (such as Knox Configure, Knox Mobile Enrollment, Knox Deployment Program, Knox Manage, Knox Platform for Enterprise, and Knox E-FOTA, etc.), as well as license keys tied to your account, will be terminated.
