As the Samsung Knox platform and portfolio of business-enabling services continues to evolve we have decided to replace Knox Premium with a new service called Knox Manage.
As the EMM requirements of our customers have matured it has become increasingly challenging to accommodate those within the Knox Premium service. This necessitated a redesigned enterprise mobility management service from Samsung that is intended to support not only the rigorous demands of today’s mobility environment but also the future needs of the next mobile economy. To reflect this change, we have opted to brand the new service Knox Manage.
We have created Knox Manage to ensure our ability to support both new devices and their features in a more timely fashion. Knox Manage will not only feature the same level of functionality as Knox Premium, but also a variety of newly added Samsung-specific features such as support for Knox Mobile Enrollment, a Kiosk Wizard, event-based policy enforcement, a remote support tool, and more.
Knox Manage launched in parallel to Knox Premium in October 2017. Service information can be found at www.samsungknox.com/km
Purchase orders to acquire or extend Knox Premium licenses will only be accepted until December 31, 2018 while the service will remain operational until June 30, 2020. And the Knox Premium service will cease entirely on July 1, 2020.
