Samsung Devices configured with ProKiosk mode via Knox Custom Configurator (KCC).
A Black Screen is observed in ProKiosk mode when the Google Chrome browser is assigned as the default Home activity for ProKiosk mode.
There was a looping issue between the ProKiosk mode activity and the Google Chrome activity which resulted in the Black screen.
The issue has been resolved in the Galaxy S8 and Tab S3 with Android N OS update. Please use the S Browser if the Android version is older than Nougat.
