[Summary]
Samsung SDS IAM & EMM connector communication service is moving from Azure Service Bus to TCPRelay.

[Resolution]
In an effort to improve performance and reliability, Samsung is moving the Connector Communication Service for Azure Service Bus to TCPRelay. As part of this upgrade, we are asking customers to perform the following steps immediately to all of their tenants in order to avoid service disruption:

1. Upgrade to the Samsung SDS IAM & EMM Connector version 17.7-108 or higher. Customers currently using versions lower than 17.7-108 need to upgrade the Connector in order to support TCPRelay. Samsung will continue to support limited previous versions of the Connector to allow you time to upgrade. 

2. Customers who utilize outbound web proxy/firewalls need to white-list new IP ranges. Existing white-listed IPs should not be removed until Samsung completes the migration. 

 

 The following table provides the TCPRelay IP address ranges for each region:
