This issue is usually caused by configuration in your organization email server. You or your IT department may need to make the below changes.
- Check your "spam" folder for the verification email from "SA.email@example.com"
- Verify with your IT department that the verification email was not blocked by their email filter
To ensure these emails are not blocked by your email filter, you will need to add SA.firstname.lastname@example.org or *samsung-mail.com to your email server whitelist.
