This issue is usually caused by configuration in your organization email server. You or your IT department may need to make the below changes.
- Check your "spam" folder for the verification email from "SA.email@example.com"
- Verify with your IT department that the verification email was not blocked by their email filter
To ensure these emails are not blocked by your email filter, you will need to add SA.firstname.lastname@example.org or preferably the domain *samsung-mail.com to your email server whitelist.
Advanced Configuration for Mail Administrators:
The samsung-mail.com servers use the Sender Policy Framework (SPF), as specified in RFC 7208 to guarantee that specific emails originated from us. In the rare event that your domain has issues receiving emails from samsung-mail.com, please ensure to whitelist the following domains:
*Please do an updated SPF query with your DNS tools (i.e. using dig or nslookup) to get current values.
