• Knox E-FOTA Advanced to Knox E-FOTA One

How do I switch from E-FOTA on MDM to E-FOTA Advanced?

1. Register the device with the E-FOTA Advanced server.
2. Verify device registration was successful. 
3. Remove the E-FOTA on MDM policy from the device.

Once the E-FOTA on MDM policy is removed, E-FOTA Advanced will take over device management. 

How do I switch from E-FOTA Advanced to E-FOTA on MDM?

1. Apply the E-FOTA on MDM policy to the device.
2. Delete the device from the E-FOTA Advanced console.

After the E-FOTA Advanced client check-in interval is complete, E-FOTA on MDM takes overdevice management.

How do I switch from E-FOTA on MDM to E-FOTA One?

1. Log in to the E-FOTA One portal.
2. Add the device to the E-FOTA One server.
3. Approve uploaded device. 
4. Remove the E-FOTA on MDM policy from the device.

Once the E-FOTA on MDM policy is removed, E-FOTA One takes over device management.

How do I switch from Knox E-FOTA Advanced to Knox E-FOTA One?

1. Log in to the Knox E-FOTA One portal.
2. Add the device to the Knox E-FOTA One server.
3. Approve the uploaded device. 
4. Install the Knox E-FOTA One client.
5. Apply the Knox E-FOTA One campaign to the device.
6. Delete the device from the Knox E-FOTA Advanced console.

After the E-FOTA Advanced client check-in interval is complete, E-FOTA One takes over device management.
