When using the Remote Support feature in KM, the user is prompted to enter a six digit access code given to them by the IT administrator. However, IT administrators can also bypass this access code through the Force Run feature in KM.
How do I force KM Remote Support to run without needing the user to enter an access code?
If you want to bypass the Remote Support access code:
- In KM, in the sidebar, click Device.
- Select the device you want to run Remote Support on, and click Remote Support.
- In the dialog box that opens, select Force Run.
A prompt appears to run the Remote Support Viewer, and you can then control the device through KM Remote Support.
