Knox-enabled apps crashing on some Samsung devices

Overview

Some developers are reporting that their Knox-enabled apps are working well on most Samsung devices, but crashing on some others.

The crashing devices do not support the Knox framework. For a list of unsupported devices, visit Devices secured by Knox:

If your device has a Knox version of N/A, it is incompatible with Knox-enabled apps.

If Knox is not supported on the device, our recommendation is to gracefully exit or catch exceptions thrown by Knox SDK API methods.
