To enroll iOS devices through DEP (Device Enrollment Program), follow these steps:
- Register DEP devices at Apple Business Manager (with Serial number)
- Once Step 1 is complete, register DEP devices in the Knox Manage console and set the profile (Settings > iOS > DEP Server Settings)
- Factory reset the DEP devices
- The IT admin can then assign users to the enrolled DEP devices using the Knox Manage console (Settings > iOS > DEP Device Management)
- Upon user assignment, the KM agent will be downloaded silently on device without any additional login process
