Knox Configure (KC)

Overview

Some devices configured to a Knox Configure (KC) profile with the "Power on the device when connected to a power source" and "Auto power on/off" features enabled are continuously powering off and on upon connecting to a power source.

Cause

The device's battery is fully depleted. This can happen if the device was left on until its battery drained, and not connected to a power source for an extended period of time.

When enabled, KC's "Power on the device when connected to a power source" feature automatically boots a device upon connecting to a power source. If its battery depletes faster than it can charge, the device may turn off and reboot in a loop. 

Resolution

Bring the affected devices to your nearest Samsung service center for repair.
