Overview

This knowledge base article guides you through the steps on how to secure access to Knox Manage's ProKiosk mode using the device's unique password. 

How do I secure access to a device in ProKiosk mode using its password?

To secure access to your device in multi-app kiosk mode with your device's password:

1. In your Knox Manage console, on the left navigation bar, go to Kiosk Mode > Advanced setting. 
2. Under Screen Lock, select Disable.
   NOTE—If Screen Lock is enabled, all devices in the multi-app kiosk are secured with the same password. 
3. On the left navigation bar, go to Profile, then add a policy or modify an existing one. 

If you are using an Android Enterprise profile: 

1. Go to Android Enterprise > Security.
2. In the Fully Managed column, select Apply for the Device Password policy.
3. Under Minimum strength, select Numeric.

If you are using an Android Legacy profile:

1. Go to Android Legacy > Security.
2. Select Apply for the Device Password policy.
3. Under Minimum strength, select Numeric.
