Knox Configure (KC)

Overview

After setting a custom booting animation in Knox Configure (KC), the initial booting animation displaying "Samsung" and the device's model name still appears before the custom animation. 

Cause

This is expected behavior. Even if a custom boot animation is selected in KC, a device-specific screen always appears first.

Resolution

Due to Google's policy, the device-specific boot screen cannot be replaced.
